How Dray Day works
An independent marketplace that connects drayage carriers with the shippers, brokers and forwarders who need them. Searching the directory is free.
1. Search
Find carriers by port, rail ramp, equipment and service. Save them to private shortlists.
2. Claim
Carriers claim their existing listing or create a new one. We confirm ownership before giving anyone access.
3. Connect
Invite your team with roles. Post capacity or loads, collect itemized quotes and message other companies.
Verification, explained
Each check is a separate status. We never show a verified badge unless the check against that source succeeded, and every badge shows the date of its last successful check.
Checks USDOT and operating authority against FMCSA public data. This status is set only by an automatic check. Our team can't set it by hand.
Our team reviews documents and contact details showing that the person managing the profile represents the business.
Our team reviews insurance documents. The documents stay private and are never shown publicly.
Identity check through Highway. This shows as "Not connected" until the integration is set up under an agreement with Highway.
Reviews (coming soon)
Only verified companies will be able to leave reviews. Each review needs a real business relationship behind it, either a completed load on Dray Day or an outside relationship that our team has checked. Only loads that both companies confirm as completed earn the Verified Load badge. Self-reviews, reviews between related companies, and duplicate reviews are blocked automatically. We never sell review removal or better scores.
